Two hands reaching toward each other

Embodied presence · Co-regulated touch

A grounded, attuned practice for women in midlife.

Slow, safe contact that lets your nervous system downshift. Nothing gets assessed, nothing gets fixed, and nobody wants anything back from you.

Resonant Core Touch

A gentle space for your system to soften.

Resonant Core Touch is a touch practice for women in midlife who want to feel met rather than managed. The whole thing rests on attention, on going slowly, and on nobody in the room needing you to be any different by the end of it.

There is nothing to perform here, and no need to explain or mask. Just slow contact that stays inside your boundaries and follows your lead—gentle tracing, stillness, or something firmer, whatever is actually working. You can rest, and you can change your mind partway through.

What This Offers

  • • A nervous system that finally comes down
  • • No fixing and no advice
  • • Things moving without having to talk about them
  • • Warmth with nothing attached to it

Session Rhythm

Sessions are offered by request or gentle referral, at your place, and they're free while this is new and I'm still working out what it is. As a starting point, somewhere around 90 minutes, with a rebook every 4-6 weeks if it's useful. None of that is fixed, and we'd work out what suits you.

Nervous System Roots

A practice shaped by the realities of care, midlife, and neurodivergence.

This work is for women who hold much, sometimes everything—the ones in the middle of midlife, worn down from years of caregiving, or living with a nervous system that runs hot most of the time. It's slow, it asks first, and it moves at whatever pace you actually need.

  • Regulation through attuned, steady contact
  • Restoration for bodies carrying stress or depletion
  • Sensory-friendly pacing for ADHD, autism, or trauma
  • Emotional resonance without having to explain or perform
  • Permission to be cared for, just as you are

How It Works

Consent and co-regulation, every step of the way.

We begin by working out what safety and comfort feel like for you, with clear agreements for pause, slow, or stop. Every session is shaped by your cues and needs—stillness, gentle tracing, or deeper contact. You are always in choice.

  • Arrival
  • Somatic and verbal check-in
  • Touch tailored to your sensory needs
  • Ample pauses for integration

This is non-sexual work, always. Saying it plainly seems better than leaving you to wonder. We finish slowly, with no rush to get up and get going.

What You Might Feel

Relief. Softening. A sense of being met, not managed.

Most people describe a gentle unwinding, a return to themselves. There's no pressure to share or process out loud, and you are accompanied rather than analyzed. For some the relief is in finally being able to let go of it for an hour.

  • A quiet, settled feeling afterward
  • Easier access to what your body is telling you
  • Things shifting without having to name them
  • Steadier for a while

Who This Is For

About the Practitioner

This is a new practice I'm offering quietly, in the spirit of experimentation. It's rooted in decades of personal work, curiosity, and lived experience. While not formally certified, I bring care, attunement, and presence to every session. This is about seeing what works in practice, together.
